Orders normally take1-2 days to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. The estimated delivery date for each item is shown on the product page, cart page and checkout page.

We will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order if needed. Since we process orders extremely fast, sometimes we are not able to change or cancel an order once it's placed. We have a 30 day return policy for our items with a few exceptions for items such as Super Bowl decorations that are made for a specific event. To initiate a return, email us at support@partydecorations.com.
