Purchased for a 13 year old's elephant-themed birthday party. They arrived promptly. The self-adhesived ears and trunk are inside each bag. Remove from bag, remove adhesive and attach. That easy. Bags not as tall as a regular brown lunch bag, so tall items don't totally fit. We weren't open to close the bags. Really cute and unique. Bags match other elephant themed party items available from this amazing company.
