Creative Converting and Creative Case brand items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Orders normally take1-2 days to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. We have a 30 day return policy for our items with a few exceptions for items such as Super Bowl decorations that are made for a specific event. To initiate a return, email us at support@partydecorations.com.
