Our products are returnable, but do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us by email (support@partydecorations.com) for authorization. We will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address. Returns are typically processed and credited within five business days from the date they are received. If you place an order for items that ship separately from our different warehouses, and want to return those items, you will be required to ship back the items to their respective warehouses from which they originated. Some products, such as Super Bowl items, are non-returnable and will be noted in the product descriptions.

Any authorized return for reasons other than product defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and restocking fees (5% for Beistle Case Products, 10% for Creative Converting Case products and no restocking fee for Creative Converting Package products). Shipping fees are not refunded. No returns can be made after 30 Days from the order date. Any unauthorized returns that are received will be credited less transportation charges and a 50% restocking fee.

All claims of damage or item shortage or missing packages must be reported within 10 days of the stated delivery date of the shipment as denoted by the assigned carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc). Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent. Refunds for returns can take 5-10 business days to process.
