Creative Converting and Creative Case brand items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Orders normally take1-2 days to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. The estimated delivery date for each item is shown on the product page, cart page and checkout page.

You can view your order status online at any time. Once your order ships, tracking information will typically become active later that day or by the following day.

Please note that tracking details may not appear until the carrier has picked up and scanned the package. If more than five days have passed since your order was placed and tracking has not updated, feel free to contact us.

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order if needed. Since we process orders extremely fast, sometimes we are not able to change or cancel an order once it's placed. If you need to make a change, email us at support@partydecorations.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.

We have a 30 day return policy for our items with a few exceptions for items such as Super Bowl decorations that are made for a specific event. To initiate a return, email us at support@partydecorations.com.

If you are missing an item, received a damaged item or incorrect item, email us at support@partydecorations.com with your order number and information so that we can correct the situation.
